- Preparation of measurement data and documentation of various investigations

ERP/EDA System based topics
For our internal work flow, we are using proAlpha as our electronic resource planning (ERP) program to organize and manage our internal processes and resources. For circuit design and the following layout, we are using Xpedition Enterprise as our electronic design automation (EDA) program. Both tools are vital and part of our everyday business in the engineering department while developing, designing, producing and debugging innovative and state-of-the-art electronics.
We are searching for working students supporting our engineering department approximately 10-20h/week. Within this task you will gain a practical insight into our engineering and production workflow as well as practical insights in modern ERP and EDA programs.
Within this job position, the following tasks can be offered:
- Creation and maintenance of electrical components in our EDA system regarding schematic symbols and layout cells
- Development and maintaining of automation scripts to update our EDA library and improve our development and production process
- Maintaining and updating our ERP data environment
- Development and maintaining of internal tools to improve workflow
IT Administration
Automation in System Operation using AI, scripting languages like BASH, Python or C#, and more
- Automate user support tasks with pre-processing and AI
- Script network configurations for seamless setup
- Stay ahead of security threats by updating automation scripts according to latest standards
- Generate network schema from database
- Develop tests for backup validation
- Set up auto alarm settings based on historical data analysis
- Small one-click scripts
Administration
- Defining and documenting processes
- Managing software licenses
- Coordinating security issues and projects
