pAs a first-tier supplier to our renowned business partner bRoche in Rotkreuz /bbor Basel /b, we are currently looking for a motivated and dedicated bProduct Safety Specialist - EHS Data Migration /b for a temporary assignment of 7 months, with high probability of extension. /p h3Tasks Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupport a Global Data Migration Project to migrate large sets of Chemical Legislation Data from the current SAP EHSM Solution to the new Solution in EHSM S4 HANA. /li liDrive the modernization of our chemical data model by translating and transforming chemical data structures from legacy systems into S4/HANA-compatible formats to ensure seamless data migration /li liAssure global environmental regulatory compliance and sustainability for our Diagnostic Instruments, Consumables, and Packaging. This encompasses adherence to a broad spectrum of global regulations, including e.g. REACH, RoHS, California Proposition 65, TSCA, POP, Conflict Minerals, and the Packaging Directive. /li liEnsure data accuracy and integrity by preparing load files and performing post-load verification checks applying automation and mass load tools /li liDrive operational efficiency by simplifying processes, emphasizing the automation of manual tasks and promoting automated report generation. /li liActively contribute to project meetings by offering valuable insights, updates, and subject-matter expertise /li liUtilize project management tools to monitor project health, ensure timely execution, and maintain momentum across key milestones. /li /ul h3Must Haves /h3 ul liA degree in Engineering, Natural Sciences, Material Sciences, Data/Information Sciences, or a related field, fundamentally combined with a strong focus on chemistry and data management /li li(First) Experience managing complex data in the (medical) device, electronics, automotive, aerospace, or precision/high-tech manufacturing industry in the product safety environment (e.g. EHS data management, material declaration, product stewardship) /li liRelevant knowledge of environmental regulatory frameworks, including global environmental regulations such as REACH, RoHS, California Proposition 65, TSCA, POP, Conflict Minerals, and the Packaging Directive.
