Overview
As an AI Deployment Architect, you design end-to-end AI transformations for complex global customers, integrating Workday’s Sana Enterprise AI platform, Native AI Agents, and Agent Builder Platform. You act as a trusted advisor to HR, Finance, and IT leaders and lead functional workstreams to deliver usable, scalable AI-enabled processes with measurable value. You will partner with Product and Engineering to shape AI features and ensure responsible, data-driven deployments. This role offers meaningful impact by turning AI concepts into day-to-day workflows that drive ROI.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Design comprehensive AI-enabled solutions and roadmaps for senior leaders
- Lead functional workstreams including requirements discovery, process design, data readiness, and user experience considerations
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to feed field insights and influence AI agents and platform evolution
- Coordinate with technical and integration teams to ensure data models, security, and integration patterns support AI use cases
Zentrale Anforderungen
- 1+ years of AI-enabled/analytics-driven solution design in enterprise context (P4) or 2+ years (P5)
- 5+ years (P4) or 8+ years (P5) in enterprise software consulting or complex multi-country projects
- Ability to travel up to 50%
- Strong business acumen, translating AI capabilities to business outcomes
- Experience in solution design, discovery workshops, and governance models
- Professional services/consulting background with multi-disciplinary delivery experience
- Excellent communication to explain AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders
