- Communicate and demonstrate the power of Workday's applications to prospects and customers.
- Work closely with sales, Product Management, Consulting Services, Marketing, and Value Management teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver relevant technical product presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and seminars.
- Assist in closing sales opportunities by resolving questions regarding solutions, services, and training.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of extensive human resource domain expertise in Core HR, Talent, Recruitment, Learning, Payroll, etc.
- 3+ years of business experience with cloud-based HCM applications like Workday, SAP, Oracle, etc.
- Travel up to 40% of the time for customer meetings and events.
- Flexible work approach combining in-person time and remote, with at least 50% of time per quarter in office or field.
