As demand for new recruiters grow on our platform, we\’re now vetting new recruiters based in the DACH Region to work remotely on global projects , meeting the following criteria:
Requirements
- Extensive recruitment experience, both in-house or in agency
- Mastery of the main sourcing techniques, including boolean search
- Excellent stakeholder management and client service spirit
- Proven track record of success recruiting in the DACH region
- Proven track record of success hiring in a client-centric environment
