1. Extensive recruitment experience, both in-house or in agency
2. Mastery of the main sourcing techniques, including boolean search
3. Excellent stakeholder management and client service spirit
4. Proven track record of success recruiting in the DACH region
5. Proven track record of success hiring in a client-centric environment
