Austria is a priority market for our Global expansion, and this hire is central to that mission. We are looking for a driven, well-networked Human Resource Specialist/Recruiter to lead our recruiting operations across Austria, growing both our recruiter community and our partnerships with top employers. This is not a back-office role. You will be the face of Workistry in Austria — identifying talent, building relationships with hiring managers, and expanding our recruiter network across the country's most active hiring markets. Source, attract, and onboard top recruiters and hiring managers across Austria onto the Workistry platform Build and manage relationships with corporate clients and recruitment agencies seeking talent partnerships Develop and execute a Austria growth strategy for the Workistry recruiter network Conduct candidate sourcing, screening, and matching for partner employers Represent Workistry at Austria recruitment events, industry meetups, and professional conferences Qualifications
Bachelor's degree 3+ years of recruiting experience in Austria — agency or in-house Strong existing network of hiring managers, HR professionals, or recruiters in Austria Proven track record of successful placements across any industry vertical Excellent communication and relationship-building skills in English Comfortable using digital tools — ATS platforms, LinkedIn, and networking apps Salary: Euro €70,000 - €120,000/yr.
