Overview
In this role you will drive new business and expansion within mid-size corporate accounts in Germany by selling Workiva’s core platform and coordinating multi-solution opportunities. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to demonstrate value, manage objections, and guide opportunities from discovery to close. You will forecast sales through pipeline analysis and maintain strong CRM hygiene while growing the customer base. This is a remote Germany-based position that emphasizes executive-level engagement and strategic deal shaping.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Generate qualified sales pipeline through collaboration with Inside Sales, Partnerships, and peer teams
- Deliver compelling demonstrations of the Workiva platform based on customer needs
- Address objections and propose practical solutions to client challenges
- Lead the sales process to a close by effectively communicating Workiva's value
- Maintain up-to-date CRM records and provide accurate forecast data
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to win opportunities
- Coordinate internal resources to support key accounts and optimize outcomes
- Maintain deep product knowledge through ongoing training and growth mindset
Zentrale Anforderungen
- 4+ years in enterprise technology or complex solution sales
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
- Fluency in German and English
- Executive presence
- Strong business acumen
- Relationship-building with senior stakeholders
- Ability to demonstrate complex software applications
- Understanding of SaaS business model
- Experience with enterprise software sales and CRM tooling
