Our client is a travel sector specialist, with a portfolio of more than 50 independently operated brands, most of which are leaders in their sector. Sailing adventures, safaris, sports tours, Arctic expeditions – their brands are as diverse as they are exciting, creating unforgettable experiences for customers across the world. Our client is looking for a Customer Complaints Executive to join its Customer Service department. They cover incoming and outgoing calls, live chat and online customer contact channels and are devoted to creating exceptional experiences for their customers What you will be doing: Dealing with incoming and outgoing customer queries (via telephone and email) from the point of departure and post-holiday, whilst delivering exceptional customer service at all times Handling customer complaints whilst they are on holiday and on return, fixing on site issues and dealing with compensation pre and post booking Delivering changes to holidays booked with existing customers and handling objections Assisting in reviewing customer booklets to assist in the customer journey Liaising with car hire companies and airlines where customer complaint arise Providing constructive feedback on holiday improvements to remove future complaints arising What we are looking for: Meticulous attention to detail, IT literate and use of websites (essential) fluent in either Danish or Swedish or Norwegian or Finnish Flexibility in busy travel periods when dealing with incidents etc. A diplomatic and sensitive approach as required when handling complex situations Wir freuen uns Sie kennenzulernen!
