This online portal offers its products without having to go through the wholesale trade – and thus very cheaply. For the customer care department we are looking for you (m/f/d): you are going to make the shopping experience unforgettable for the customer and create a long lasting realtionship, based on loyalty and trust. Typical questions arise regarding the payment methods (only certified payment service providers are allowed), delivery times and, if necessary, customs formalities, returns or complaints.
