What about your future team?
In 2022 Lucca celebrated its 20th anniversary and embarked on its internationalization journey, establishing subsidiaries in Spain, Switzerland and Germany. Supported by our team in Geneva, Basel and Zurich, our Swiss clientele includes companies like Columbia Sportswear, L’Occitane en Provence, Novo Nordisk, EHC, UNIL, FISU, FIM, ISO and Kepler Cheuvreux.
What will you be doing?
We are looking for a commercially minded Marketing professional to strengthen our Swiss acquisition engine and help grow our market presence in a fast-paced environment.
Working at the intersection of Marketing and Sales, you will create and activate demand upstream of Sales, turning business priorities and market insights into relevant content, ABM initiatives and demand-generation programs that increase qualified interest and pipeline.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will work closely with the PMM, Marketing Programs Manager and Sales teams to connect Marketing activation with outbound priorities and market response.
This role combines strategic thinking with hands‑on execution and is ideal for someone who enjoys both creating compelling content and driving measurable commercial impact.
Your missions :
- Develop and optimise demand-generation and ABM initiatives around priority ICPs, verticals, accounts and personas to increase qualified demand and acquisition pipeline
- Identify demand signals and account opportunities to refine targeting and activation.
- Drive target-account engagement and improve the volume and quality of qualified pipeline.
- Translate business and acquisition priorities into compelling content, messaging and activation initiatives across the buyer journey.
- Produce locally relevant commercial content, including GEO/SEO and gated acquisition assets.
- Work closely with PMM to ensure content and demand-generation initiatives reflect relevant product positioning and customer needs.
- Work with the Marketing Programs Manager to activate demand-generation initiatives across relevant channels.
- Work closely with Sales to align Marketing activation with acquisition priorities and ensure a strong connection between demand generation and commercial activity.
Profile required
Sounds like you, right?
You’re the right fit if you…
- 5+ years full stack marketing experience a must, ideally in B2B.
- Strong understanding of B2B buyer journeys, ICPs and demand-generation principles.
- Excellent content and copywriting skills, with the ability to adapt messaging to different audiences and funnel stages.
- Hands‑on experience with digital acquisition, content marketing, ABM, SEO and/or performance marketing.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to connect marketing activity with business outcomes.
- Comfortable working directly with Sales and translating commercial priorities into Marketing actions.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Autonomous, entrepreneurial and hands‑on, with the ability to move from strategy to execution.
- German (fluent), French (fluent), English (business proficient).
If you are a commercially driven marketer who knows how to turn content, audiences and demand signals into qualified business opportunities, we would love to hear from you.
