Overview The Centre for Cybersecurity seeks a Community Specialist to manage the relationship with partners and grow the partner base. The role involves working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive partner engagement across the Centre’s initiatives, the Annual Meeting on Cybersecurity, the global Cybersecurity Outlook report, and the CISO Community. Reporting to the Lead for Initiatives and Communities, the Community Specialist will ensure strong collaboration and impactful engagement in all Centre activities. Responsibilities Manage and activate the partner ecosystem: maintain structured engagement plans, trackers, and contact records, and connect partners to relevant Centre activities to ensure active participation. Track partner commitments, engagement, and opportunities: prioritise effort, re‑engage when required, and proactively plan touchpoints and follow‑ups. Ensure partner satisfaction: schedule feedback sessions, identify and review areas of interest, and drive the invitation process for the Annual Meeting on Cybersecurity. Coordinate the bilateral meeting process with partners during key events. Enable partner growth and outreach: identify relevant organisations as potential partners, maintain a pipeline of prospects, and collaborate with internal teams to drive partner acquisition. Prepare background materials, briefings, and coordinate outreach activities. Monitor and analyse partner engagement: maintain up‑to‑date data on partner participation, produce regular snapshots, flag partners needing re‑engagement, and provide structured insights for decision‑making. Support the delivery of the CISO Community: coordinate end‑to‑end logistics, including scheduling, invitations, attendance tracking, and ensure smooth execution of meetings. Qualifications Approximately 3–5 years of experience in a relevant role or field, preferably in cybersecurity or technology‑related domains. Experience in account management, stakeholder engagement, business development, or similar roles. Master’s degree in a relevant subject. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); familiarity with Salesforce is an advantage. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; other languages are an asset. Strong organisational, project, and time‑management skills with high attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and activities in a structured and reliable manner. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with capability to engage senior stakeholders professionally. Analytical mindset to track, organise and interpret engagement data. Highly collaborative team player who can work across diverse teams and functions. Ability to work autonomously, manage priorities, and ensure follow‑through on tasks.
