The Forum seeks a collaborator to support delivery of the Programme’s multiple activities. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliCoordinate the Programme’s activities, including calendars, milestones, scheduling, and communications. /liliIdentify, engage, and manage stakeholders for programming and events to strengthen the Programme’s business‑engagement efforts. /liliCollaborate with internal business teams and business‑engagement focal points to generate insights, align the Programme’s activities with institutional priorities and processes. /liliPrioritise key global and regional events where the Initiative “Transitioning Materials Systems” can contribute impactful multistakeholder sessions. /liliSupport convenings, dialogues and insight generation for the Initiative. /liliPlan and support delivery of a relevant calendar of activities for communities, identifying engagement events and preparing session structures. /liliMaintain a continuous pipeline of individuals to recruit for the various communities. /liliIntegrate insights from the communities into the broader Future of Materials programme outputs. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliMaster’s degree in engineering, physical sciences, economics, sustainable development, international relations, public policy, or related fields. /lili3–5years of professional experience in multistakeholder contexts. /liliFamiliarity with global materials topics and international contexts. /li /ulh3Core Skills /h3ulliEvent planning and coordination; stakeholder engagement and trust‑building across cultures and sectors. /liliCuriosity, comfort with ambiguity, and analytical skills to surface, articulate, contextualise and act on insights. /liliProficiency with information‑technology tools to research and map issues and stakeholders. /liliStrong verbal and written communication in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus. /liliSelf‑starter with a collaborative, empathetic approach and commitment to advancing dialogue, cooperation and innovation. /li /ulh3Benefits /h3pAs part of an independent, impartial organisation with over five decades of experience, you will work within a global team that brings leaders together through dialogue, builds trust and turns shared understanding of complex issues into collective solutions.
