Overview In this role, you will lead the strategy and delivery of regional roadmaps for climate, nature and resilience, and guide nature-positive investment pathways within the Green Growth Pathways initiative. You will collaborate across the Centre for Nature and Climate, engage with business, finance and government partners, and shape impactful, practical actions that align with global sustainability goals. You will translate complex insights into actionable roadmaps and foster external positioning and partnerships. Verantwortungsbereiche Set strategic direction for the Regional Roadmaps workstream and ensure alignment with institutional priorities Design and deliver regional roadmaps integrating climate, nature and resilience with economic development Develop thought leadership to align finance and investment with nature-positive outcomes Produce data analyses and outputs for flagship Forum publications in partnership with knowledge partners Lead communications and external positioning to showcase the Forum's contribution to climate-aligned transitions Engage leaders across industries, finance and government to advance Green Growth Pathways objectives Steward and expand working groups and executive communities of partners Organize workshops, convenings and community activities to drive milestones and impact Zentrale Anforderungen 5+ years in sustainability with experience in business, finance or strategy consulting Expertise in nature, climate, resilience, and sustainable finance Strong understanding of nature-positive transitions in business Ability to translate complex insights into practical strategies, roadmaps and decision tools Proven experience leading multi-stakeholder initiatives with cross-functional teams Experience engaging senior executives and public-sector leaders Track record of building trusted relationships and delivering impact Strong project and partner management, including managing consultants and knowledge partners Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort operating in ambiguity Exceptional communication, facilitation, writing and executive relationship-building skills leadership and people management cross-functional collaboration excellent written and verbal communication data analysis roadmap design and strategy development executive-level communication and storytelling
