Strategic Leadership & Team Development* Partner with Product and Design teams during requirements review to shape testable features and define acceptance criteria early* Act as the quality advocate in planning discussions, ensuring non-functional requirements (performance, security, accessibility) receive appropriate attention**QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED** **Education** University degree in Computer Science or related field.
