ppAs Junior Partnership Officer, we offer you a dynamic working environment where your work contributes to an internationally recognized cause. /p h3Essential Duties and Responsibilities /h3 ul liDraft Concept Notes, Sponsorship request letters and grant applications /li liAssist in preparing the presentations /li liFollow up on the ongoing projects in LMICs with the support of the Head of Partnerships /li liAssist with social media and communication materials related to partnerships and projects /li liConduct research on the prospects, and identify potential donors /li liAssist in gathering the metrics and preparing the project reports /li liSupport maintaining the database and documents up to date /li liHelp on administrative tasks /li liSupport on project coordination with Science, Advocacy and Communications teams. /li /ul h3Qualifications and Skills Required /h3 ul liBachelor/Master Degree /li liInterest in the non-for-profit sector /li liExcellent communication and organizational skills /li liProactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced international environment /li liStrong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively across multicultural teams /li liFamiliar with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word). Previous experience with Teams and SharePoint is an asset /li li1-2 years prior experience /li liEnglish and French - level C2 /li /ul pThe position is a full-time position (100%).
