Business Analyst (m,f,d)
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Analysis of both customer and internal requirements
- Creation of detailed specification for user stories
- Supporting the Product Owner in their daily activities such as configuring the product, creating offers for tendered projects, roadmap planning
- Analysis of product tickets arising in production or other environments
- Extension and maintenance of product documentation
- Providing information and tracking tickets of external parties such as auditors
- Participation in typical agile project lifecycle meetings
Who Are We Looking For
- Deep experience of requirements engineering, specification and documentation in the context of agile software development teams
- Strong ability to analyze technical interface documents such as SOAP web service descriptors and REST service Swagger files for the purpose of specification
- Solid written and spoken English and German language skills
- Experience with project management and documentation tools like Jira, Confluence
- Experience on version control tools like Gitlab, Jenkins
- Basic knowledge of Linux OS, Continuous Integration/Delivery
- Knowledge on languages such as Python, SQL
- Good analytical skills, adaptive to changes
- Good communication skills and team spirit
