The Opportunity We are seeking a Supplier Manager for the Merchant Acquiring division, who will manage both internal partners (e.g., Bank Acquiring) and external suppliers (e.g., SIX, Iliad).
Day-to-day Responsibilities
Supplier selection, audits, and risk management
Contract negotiation, management, SLA definition and CLM
Price and cost management
KPIs, performance monitoring, and benchmarking and SLA adherence review
Planning, and budget oversight
Quality, complaints, and escalation management
Who Are We Looking For
Ideally several years of experience in supplier management for financial services, payments, or acquiring ecosystems
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; proven ability to influence without authority
Customer-focused with excellent negotiation and communication skills
Motivated, reliable, goal-oriented team player; proactive in issue resolution and conflict management
Flexible and able to work under pressure; willing to engage with global partners as needed
Excellent command of written and spoken English; German and French languages a plus
Deadline-driven, with professional planning, negotiation, and presentation skills
