WorldReplica is an AI-first startup headquartered in Switzerland. We help decision-makers navigate uncertainty in an increasingly complex and volatile world. We are a young, highly skilled team led by experienced senior management. Our Decision Intelligence Platform, NAVIGATOR, combines digital twins of organizations with external signals across markets, geopolitics, regulation, technology and other domains. AI agents research, analyze and reason across this context to help executives understand risks, opportunities and strategic choices. We want to reinvent how strategy work is done when humans and AI work together. We are looking for someone to own that experience end-to-end: understand how customers work today, redesign those workflows for an AI-first world, design the product experience and use modern AI tools to help build it.There is no separate UX or design team. This role owns the product experience. The roleYou will work directly with executives, strategy teams and our product team to rethink how people make important decisions with AI.You will explore questions such as:When should AI ask questions, and when should it start working? What should AI do autonomously, and where should humans intervene? How can users steer, challenge and verify AI-generated analysis? How should assumptions, evidence, sources and uncertainty be presented? How can strategy move from periodic projects to a continuous process? How can complex strategic thinking be represented visually rather than hidden in documents? This is not about making existing screens prettier. It is about inventing new ways of working with AI.What you will doWork with customers to understand their workflows and identify opportunities for AI-native products.Design end-to-end experiences for Navigator, including interaction design, information architecture, visual design, prototypes and usability testing.Design how people collaborate with AI agents: assigning tasks, clarifying intent, reviewing progress, steering work and checking results.Create visual ways to work with markets, signals, assumptions, scenarios, risks, decisions and actions.Make AI-generated insights trustworthy by showing sources, assumptions, uncertainty and changes clearly.Prototype quickly, test with users and turn ideas into shipped product experiences.Use tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor and AI design tools as part of your daily workflow.Work closely with engineers to build responsive experiences for laptop, iPad and mobile. We do not expect you to be a traditional senior frontend engineer. You should understand enough code to use AI effectively, review and improve what it produces, and move beyond Figma to working product. What we are looking forYou may be a product designer who builds, a UX engineer with strong design instincts, or a product-minded builder who has moved toward AI-assisted development. You bring:Strong product, UX and visual design skills.Experience designing complex professional software, analytics products, research tools, productivity tools or enterprise applications. The ability to understand customer workflows and turn them into clear product experiences.Strong interaction-design and prototyping skills.Experience using AI tools for design, prototyping and software development.Enough frontend knowledge to build and modify modern web interfaces with AI assistance. An understanding of responsive design across laptop, tablet and mobile.Strong product ownership and the ability to move from an unclear problem to a shipped solution.Excellent communication skills and confidence working with customers, engineers and senior executives.Fluent English. German is not required.Experience with AI-native products, agentic interfaces, strategy or management consulting, decision-support systems, data visualization, interactive maps, graph-based interfaces, enterprise SaaS or early-stage startups is especially valuable. But we care more about what you can create than about checking every box.How we workAI first: We use AI across software development, design, research, analysis and operations.Real ownership: You will have significant influence over how Navigator looks, feels and works.Customer proximity: You will meet customers early and often.Short loops: We move quickly from conversation to prototype to feedback to product. The interesting question is not:\"How do we design another AI chat interface?\"It is:\"What does strategy work become when AI agents can continuously research, analyze, model and reason alongside humans?\"You will help invent the answer.About WorldReplicaWorldReplica was founded in Zurich in 2025 and develops NAVIGATOR, an AI-powered Decision Intelligence Platform.Navigator creates digital twins of organizations and connects them with continuously changing external information. It combines agentic AI, trusted data, strategic reasoning and transparent evidence to help organizations understand uncertainty and make better decisions. Our mission is to help modern navigators make better decisions and build more resilient futures. #J-18808-Ljbffr
