To strengthen our team in Munich, we are looking for a Project Manager Inbound Marketing (m/f/d), ideally with a focus on HubSpot, to start as soon as possible.

We are looking for a motivated, clever mind with initiative and team spirit. As an Inbound Marketing Project Manager, you will primarily be responsible for the realization of digital campaigns and projects for our customers, but you will also actively influence the concept and layout phase in order to effectively manage the subsequent implementation. During the realization you have everything in view and think of the right topics at the right time.

• Development of strategic online marketing concepts
• Technical consulting for our customers in the conception, selection and use of marketing automation software solutions as well as their configuration and implementation
• Implementation of demos and onboardings
• Technical and organizational project responsibility
• Preparation and implementation of customer workshops as a basis for optimizing the marketing and sales processes of our customers
• Development of consistent concepts for inbound marketing, content marketing, buyer personas, lead management and campaign management
• Definition, modeling and conception as well as optimization of marketing automation processes for lead generation and nurturing in the areas of marketing and sales
• Technical implementation of the projects and support of the technical implementation, configuration and set-up of inbound and marketing automation tools
• Preparation of effort estimates and service descriptions in offers

Your profile

• Mind. 2 years of professional experience in an agency or in client-side marketing
• In-depth knowledge of advertising, online marketing and social media
• Confidence in managing cross-media, digital campaigns
• good technical English skills
• If possible, experience with content management systems and marketing automation software (preferably HubSpot)
• Ideally, certification in either HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or comparable systems
• very good communication skills for the daily cooperation with the technical, creative, consulting departments and the partners of our customers
• Ability to analyze, to work independently, ability to set priorities
• Curiosity and enthusiasm for new digital technologies
