I’m supporting a well-established international logistics business that is looking to strengthen its Air Freight team in Hamburg.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Air Freight professional who enjoys taking ownership of shipments, working closely with customers and airlines, and wants to join a growing business with a strong international network.
The role:
- Handling Air Freight shipments from booking through to delivery
- Strong focus on Air Export
- Preparing and checking shipping and customs documentation
- Liaising with airlines, customers and international partners
- Monitoring shipments and proactively resolving any issues
- Providing a high level of customer service throughout
What we’re looking for:
- Good understanding of freight forwarding processes and documentation
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Confident dealing with customers, airlines and overseas partners
- Good German and English skills
What’s on offer:
