We are looking for Norwegian-Speaking Customer Service Agents in Greece supporting customers across various international projects.Working Location: Greece. This role is only remote in Greece. Work remotely anywhere in Greece.Work Model: RemoteLanguage: Norwegian – C1/C2 levelEnglish: B2–C1, depending on the projectCompensation:€1,300 gross/month (paid over 14 months) + performance-based bonus of up to 20% of the salary/month, depending on the projectRelocation Package: 4 weeks hotel accommodation, airport pick-up, flight ticket, and real estate agency feeWorking Schedule: Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend shifts depending on the project Applicants must already have the legal right to work in Greece. Your Responsibilities
- Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist with products, orders, payments, deliveries, warranties, and returns.
- Troubleshoot basic issues and provide effective solutions.
- Handle complaints and escalation complex cases when needed.
- Manage customer cases and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Provide timely updates and deliver professional, customer-focused support.
Requirements
- C1/C2 level of Norwegian
- B2–C1 level of English, depending on the project
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Customer-oriented and solution-focused approach
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced international environment
- Basic familiarity with CRM systems and digital tools is an advantage
