About the Role
As a Junior Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will support finance operations by assisting with Accounts Receivable and Order-to-Cash (O2C) activities. This is an excellent opportunity for early-career finance professionals who want to develop their analytical skills while working in an international business environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Support Accounts Receivable and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
- Assist with daily finance operations and administrative tasks.
- Ensure accurate processing of financial information and documentation.
- Work closely with internal teams to support operational efficiency.
- Maintain accuracy while handling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Deliver high-quality support with a strong customer-focused approach.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 6 months of experience in Accounts Receivable, Order-to-Cash (O2C), or Finance Operations.
- Understanding of accounting and finance principles.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP preferred).
- Fluent German (spoken and written).
- Advanced English (C1 level).
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- Customer-oriented mindset and strong communication skills.
