Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive analysis and documentation of existing finance processes
• Provide support in system configuration and customization in close collaboration with consultants and the IT department
• Execute user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure quality assurance throughout all project phases
• Deliver training sessions and provide ongoing support to end users within the finance function
• Develop and maintain professional training materials as well as detailed process documentation
• Assist with data migration activities and ensure the accurate validation of financial data
• Drive the continuous optimization and enhancement of finance processes following system go-live
• Serve as the primary point of contact for finance-related system support and inquiries

Requirements

• Successfully completed commercial education or a degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Informatics
• Several years of relevant professional experience in finance or accounting functions
• Practical expertise with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance
• Sound knowledge of HGB, IFRS, and standard accounting processes
• Strong analytical capabilities combined with a structured and detail-oriented working style
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as the ability to work effectively within a team
• Proficiency in Excel and other reporting tools
• Demonstrated experience in ERP implementation or transformation projects
• Fluent command of English; German language skills are desirable
