QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Wyser is an international search & selection company present in 3-continents. We are looking for a Field Sales Executive for our global business partner. This position is responsible for driving our customer's business strategy in a sustainable model and ensuring account plans and objectives are achieved through managing all the operational details and executions as outlined below:
Account Management:
- Prepare periodic activity plans and ensure achievement of annual targets and align with customers.
- Negotiate annual agreements with the customers based on the current QTT and ensure the execution of terms agreed upon.
- Manage the customer portfolio within the assigned region.
- Increase the level of collaboration between RC and customers by implementing a mutually beneficial and sustainable customer management model.
- Find new customers in the region, increase the ratio of active customers and increase the average number of main items penetration per client.
- Develop an efficient route to market for Sales Representatives in parallel with company priorities and targets, and control its deployment with measurable KPI's.
- Responsible for NSV, TE, MAC, Forecasting Accuracy achievement in his/her accounts, identify and mitigate risks, where necessary.
Budget Management:
- Closely monitor and follow-up on all customer invoices (activity, price- discount-quantity differences).
Team Management:
- Managing a team of 4 SPT Sales Representatives within the assigned region.
- Full accountability of leading, monitoring, and supervising field sales team and building effective teams.
Distributor Management:
- Set distribution goals and plan and manage distribution operations to achieve the set goals.
- Develop distribution budgets and manage expenses within the budgets - accountable of distributor P&L management.
- Develop cost reduction initiatives while maintaining productivity and quality.
- Plan and schedule deliveries to meet customer needs.
- Assist in inventory management activities including receiving, storing, rotating and handling supplies in distribution center.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- +3 years of sales experience, based in İstanbul Anatolia.
- BA from reputable universities.
- Advanced level of MS Office knowledge, especially Excel and Powerpoint.
- Key account management experience is a plus.
- Driving license: Job requires 50% time of travel in Turkey.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Solid organizational and project management skills, including ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects, deadlines, and work streams.
- Creative problem-solving skills with focus on efficient execution while balancing big-picture thinking.
