Automation Project Engineer – Frankfurt (Hybrid)

Location: Frankfurt, Germany | Mid–Senior Level | Full-Time

We’re looking for a skilled Automation Project Engineer to lead technical delivery on industrial automation projects across Germany and Europe.

You'll be working hands-on with systems such as:

✅ Siemens (S7, PCS7, WinCC)

✅ Rockwell (ControlLogix, CompactLogix, PlantPAx, FactoryTalk)

✅ Emerson DeltaV

✅ Inductive Automation Ignition

✅ Schneider Electric (Modicon PLCs, EcoStruxure, PowerSCADA, PME)

✅ Or similar MES / SCADA / DCS platforms

What we’re looking for

• Fluent in German and strong English
• 3+ years in industrial automation
• Engineering degree (mechanical, electrical, computer, etc.)
• Ability to design, program, and deploy automation systems
• Willingness to travel to customer sites and regional office locations (Frankfurt, Berlin, Munich, Utrecht)

What you’ll do

• Lead automation project execution from design to commissioning
• Design control architectures and strategies
• Configure and program control platforms
• Collaborate with customers and internal engineering teams
• Travel for onsite system verification and support
