X4 Group is working with a leading global consultancy to hire a Manager for its SAP Supply Chain practice in Germany. If you're an experienced SAP EWM consultant ready to take on project leadership and build your career in a top-tier consulting environment, this could be your next step.

The role

• Lead SAP EWM transformation projects or sub-projects, from requirements and solution design through to go-live
• Advise clients on designing and implementing efficient warehouse processes with SAP EWM, both embedded and decentralised, in S/4HANA
• Take budget and delivery responsibility, and steer rollouts, cutovers and test cycles
• Provide functional leadership to project teams, and coach and develop junior colleagues
• Contribute to presales, from writing proposals to taking part in bid teams
• Help develop the EWM offering in areas such as automation, MFS and Fiori

What you'll bring

• 6+ years in SAP consulting or in-house consulting, with a clear focus on SAP EWM
• Strong EWM customising skills and solid knowledge of S/4HANA; experience with MFS or automation is a plus
• Experience leading teams functionally and managing SAP projects or sub-projects
• Project experience across industries such as logistics, manufacturing or retail
• An entrepreneurial mindset, confidence with clients, and strong analytical skills
• Fluent German and good English
• Willingness to travel as projects require
