SAP Consultant

We are seeking experienced SAP Consultants to support the design, implementation, and optimisation of SAP solutions across our clients’ business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document requirements.
• Design and configure SAP solutions within your functional area (e.g., FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, BW, HCM, etc.).
• Support end‑to‑end project activities including blueprinting, build, testing, training, go‑live and hypercare.
• Work closely with technical teams on enhancements, integrations, interfaces, and custom developments.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide expert‑level support across SAP production environments.
• Create functional specifications, test scripts, user guides, and documentation.
• Ensure SAP best practices, process alignment, and system optimisation.
• Participate in workshops, solution design discussions, and architecture reviews.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless system integration.
• Provide training and knowledge transfer to business users and internal teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands‑on SAP consulting experience in at least one core module.
• Strong understanding of end‑to‑end business processes and best practices.
• Proven track record in SAP implementation, rollout, upgrade, or support projects.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and SAP configuration.
• Experience with S/4HANA implementations.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in fast‑paced, client‑facing environments.
• Fluent English and German is a plus.
