Responsibilities

What you can expect:

• Support our clients in areas like agile collaboration, ITSM, and service management, depending on your strengths.
• Advise clients on selecting suitable Atlassian products and integrating them into their existing infrastructure.
• Analyze client requirements and business processes to identify integration potentials for Atlassian tools.
• Create collaborative intranets based on Confluence.
• Develop workflows in Jira to digitize business processes.
• Lead projects and coordinate our internal development team to extend Atlassian tools with apps and macros.

Qualifications

What you bring:

• A completed degree in (business) informatics, business administration, or similar, or comparable training.
• Extensive practical experience with Atlassian products like Jira and Confluence.
• Many years of project experience with clients in the DACH region.
• A strong interest in understanding and improving client processes and systems, with a clear focus on service and customer orientation.
• High quality awareness, commitment, and independent working style.
• Excellent communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork.
• Fluent German and English skills.

What sets you apart from other applicants:

• Possession of Atlassian certifications or interest in obtaining them with our support.
• Several years of practical experience in administering Jira, Confluence, or other Atlassian tools like Bitbucket and Bamboo.
• Proof of independent project management.
• Several years of experience in project management, especially in IT environments.
