Introduction Xavier Constructions et Rénovations Ltd, a company specialised in structural work and renovation in Switzerland, is looking for a motivated Bricklayer / Team Leader to strengthen its team.
Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate teams on construction sites.
Read and interpret plans and technical diagrams.
Ensure the quality and timely completion of the work carried out.
Actively participate in bricklaying work (foundations, walls, slabs, formwork, reinforcement and finishing, etc.).
Ensure compliance with safety standards on site.
Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers and other stakeholders.
Qualifications Proven experience as a bricklayer and/or team leader in the construction sector.
Mastery of bricklaying techniques and associated tools.
Ability to manage a team and motivate colleagues.
Good understanding of plans and technical specifications.
Valid driving licence in Switzerland.
Autonomy, rigour and a sense of responsibility.
