We are looking for a Strategy Analyst to join the global commercial strategy team in Zurich (Hybrid). /p h3Position Responsibilities Include: /h3 ul liKey part of the global strategy team sitting at the intersection of category strategy, partnership management, innovation, transformation, go to market and commercial teams /li liResearching and evaluating new ideas, technologies and potential partners with a view of implementing those that help drive the business /li liGenerating business plans, pilots and proof of concepts as well as developing and launching MVP's as required /li liWork closely with multiple internal departments from commercial / business development to technology to ensure business buy in and help drive innovative new strategies /li liSelect and build strategic relationships with external consulting, technology and start-ups groups to leverage new ideas, knowledge and build strategic partnerships /li liEstablish strong working relationships with key stakeholders /li /ul h3Requirements: /h3 ul liEducated to degree level in Business / Marketing, Masters or MBA an advantage /li liMinimum 3-4 years experience as a Strategy Analyst working for a physical product group - chemicals, consumer goods, pharma, luxury... /li liExcellent relationship builder with ability to collaborate cross functionally to forge and manage successful partnerships both internally and externally /li liPassion for new ideas, emerging technologies and staying at the forefront of industry trends /li liProject management experience /li liExcellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills /li liFluent English essential, another European language an advantage /li liAmbitious professional - looking to join a growing global group and develop a great long term career /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
