Задачи
- Manage and optimize Meta Ads campaigns from ads to landing pages, covering lead generation and direct purchase campaigns
- Select and run creative and campaign tests, using data to decide when to conserve budgets and when to scale
- Develop ad concepts, write conversion-focused copy, create video scripts, and prepare clear briefs for the creative team
- Plan and implement performance marketing for new product launches and marketing campaigns
- Monitor relevant KPIs, analyze campaign performance daily, and derive optimization steps
Требования
- Initial solid professional experience in media buying with Meta Ads
- Completed degree in business studies focused on marketing, online marketing, digital marketing, or e-commerce, or equivalent training
- Good knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and willingness to learn other channels
- Strong analytical skills, confidence with numbers, care, and attention to detail
- Enjoy creating, testing, and optimizing concepts, advertising copy, and ads
- German proficiency at C2 level or higher
- Basic English knowledge
- Good knowledge of office software or Google Suite and excellent Excel and/or Google Sheets skills
- Experience using AI to create text and creatives

- Part-time work is available from 32 hours per week; full-time hours are 40 hours per week
