Freelance ServiceNow SOM Architect / Implementer (m/f/d) – Hybrid | Greater Vienna Area We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Sales & Order Management (SOM) Specialist for an ongoing project in the greater Vienna area. Both Architect and Implementer profiles are welcome. The ideal candidate will be able to contribute from day one with minimal onboarding.

What You'll Be Doing
Consulting and solution design within the ServiceNow SOM domain
Design, model, configure, and optimise product catalogs and product structures
Create, refine, and implement user stories in an agile project environment
Collaborate closely with the existing team and contribute independently from the start
Support delivery and continuous improvement of SOM-related processes and solutions
What You'll Need
Minimum 3 years hands-on ServiceNow Sales & Order Management (SOM) experience
Strong expertise in product modeling and configuration — Product Catalog, Offer Management, CPQ
Experience working as a ServiceNow SOM Architect or Implementer
Fluent German; DACH project experience highly desirable
Nice to Have
CSA or CIS-SOM certification
Agile experience (Scrum, SAFe)
User story writing and backlog refinement experience
