Senior Requirements Engineer / Technical Business Analyst (m/f/d) | Hybrid | Contract We're supporting a major technology-driven organization in finding a Senior Requirements Engineer / Technical Business Analyst (m/f/d) to join a highly skilled team working on complex software and platform environments. Your Responsibilities Translate complex business and customer needs into clear, actionable technical requirements. Gather, analyze, validate, and document functional requirements and solution concepts. Support agile teams by defining EPICs, solution requirements, and user stories. Perform reverse engineering of existing systems and maintain structured requirements documentation. Ensure end-to-end traceability from requirements through to testing and implementation. Collaborate closely with Product Management, Systems Engineering, and Development teams. Drive stakeholder alignment and support change initiatives across the organization. What We're Looking For 6–10+ years of experience in software development and requirements engineering. Strong background in requirements management, business analysis, or systems analysis within software-driven environments. Experience creating functional specifications, solution concepts, and detailed requirements documentation. Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and agile methodologies. Ability to work independently, influence stakeholders, and drive outcomes in complex environments. Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Fluent German and business-level English are mandatory. Technical Environment Experience with one or more of the following is highly valued: CI/CD tools such as GitLab or Jenkins Container technologies including Docker, Podman, or Kubernetes Virtualization platforms such as VMware or XCP-ng DevOps and modern software delivery environments #J-18808-Ljbffr
