Your mission
- Provide technical support to customers, dealers and service partners across Eastern and Southern Germany
- Support diagnostics, maintenance and repair of our earthmoving machinery
- Assist with complex technical issues, complaints and warranty cases
- Conduct machine handovers, commissioning and technical training
- Document and analyse technical issues and coordinate with our European and Chinese technical teams
- Support the further development of our regional dealer and service network
- Work closely with Sales, Spare Parts and Product Management
Your profile
- Completed technical vocational training, ideally in construction machinery, mechatronics or a comparable field
- Professional experience with construction machinery, ideally excavators, wheel loaders or other earthmoving equipment
- Good knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics and electrical/electronic systems
- Independent, solution-oriented and customer-focused working style
- High willingness to travel across Eastern and Southern Germany
- Valid Class B driving licence
- Very good German and good English skills
