XCMG European Investment & Development GmbH is building the financing backbone for one of the world’s largest construction machinery groups in Europe.
We are not maintaining legacy structures.
We are creating a scalable European financing platform from scratch — across leasing, factoring, trade finance, insurance, and project financing.
Your role
- Build and manage financing partnerships with banks, leasing companies, and insurers
- Structure and execute financing solutions for customers, dealers, and projects
- Turn market data into actionable insights and business decisions
- Work directly with sales, finance, legal, and risk in a highly dynamic environment
Your profile
- Background in finance, economics, or business
- First experience in banking, leasing, factoring, or similar — or a strong graduate ready to step up
- Fluent in English, Chinese & German is a plus
- Structured, analytical, and comfortable with ambiguity
