【Graduate Opportunity】 Xiaomi EV - Operations Specialist

We are looking for an

Operations Specialist to support daily operational management within our automotive business in Europe.

In this role, you will work with operational data, financial reconciliation, business systems, and process documentation, while supporting cross-functional projects and day-to-day operations.

This is an early-career opportunity for graduates who are interested in automotive operations, data analysis, supply chain, and business process management.

• 1. Data Reporting & Analysis
• Collect, clean, consolidate, and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly operational data.
• Support the preparation of operational reports and data visualizations for business analysis and decision-making.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting.
• Support freight cost reconciliation with logistics carriers and third-party service providers.
• Assist with invoice verification, expense reconciliation, and reimbursement processes.
• Follow up on discrepancies and ensure accurate and transparent financial records.
• 3. System & Master Data Management
• Support the maintenance of basic master data related to supply chain and delivery operations.
• Help ensure the accuracy and consistency of data in systems such as

ERP, TMS, and WMS .

• Assist with data updates and basic system-related operational tasks.
• 4. Administrative & Process Support
• Support the organization and maintenance of departmental

SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and process documentation.

• Track key project milestones and follow up on action items.
• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the team.
• 1. Education
• Bachelor's degree or above in Statistics, Data Analytics, Logistics Management, Financial Management, E-commerce, or a related field.
• Open to candidates who have recently graduated or are completing their studies and are available to start in 2026 or 2027.
• 2. Skills & Knowledge
• Proficiency in

Microsoft Excel , including Pivot Tables and commonly used functions.

• Experience with

VBA, Power BI, or Tableau is a plus.

• Strong written communication and documentation skills.
• Comfortable working with operational data and business systems.
• Familiarity with ERP, TMS, WMS, or other enterprise systems is a plus.
• Highly detail-oriented, patient, and committed to data accuracy.
• Strong learning ability and willingness to quickly understand new systems and processes.
• Good problem-tracking and follow-through skills, with a strong sense of ownership.
• Collaborative team player with effective communication skills.
• Able to work in a structured and fast-paced environment.
• Gain hands-on experience in automotive operations within a rapidly growing EV business.
• Develop practical experience across data analysis, business systems, financial processes, and operational management.
• Work closely with cross-functional and international teams.
• Contribute to building and scaling new operations in the European automotive market.
