Job Overview
Based in Munich, Germany, this role is responsible for the overall construction, standardization and operational optimization of the company’s automotive after-sales service network across Europe. The incumbent will focus on building third-party service capabilities and improving the regional service channel management system, ensuring the European after-sales network operates efficiently, complies with local automotive industry standards, and delivers consistent, high-quality after-sales service coverage for end customers and channel partners.
Key Responsibilities
1. European Third-Party Service Capability Building
Plan and build a standardized third-party after-sales service system for the European market. Screen, assess and incubate local third-party service providers, optimize service coverage across European countries, and improve the overall offline service response capacity, service quality and regional coverage of the brand’s automotive after-sales network.
2. Service Channel Management System Construction & Optimization
Establish and iterate the unified European national channel after-sales service management system and management SOPs. Standardize channel service access standards, service process specifications, quality assessment mechanisms and daily supervision rules, realize standardized and systematic management of European regional service channels, and continuously improve channel operation efficiency.
3. Regional Service Network Operation & Upgrade
Track the operation data of European after-sales service networks, sort out channel operation pain points and service quality problems, and launch targeted optimization plans. Regularly conduct service network audits, guide third-party service providers to upgrade service capabilities, and ensure all service outlets comply with European local automotive service regulations and brand unified standards.
4. Stakeholder Collaboration & Resource Coordination
Cooperate with European local channels, third-party service providers and internal cross-functional teams, synchronize service management policies and network iteration plans. Collect regional market service demands and competitor network operation modes, support the continuous optimization and market adaptation of the European after-sales service system.
Job Requirements
1. Professional Working Experience
5+ years of working experience in automotive after-sales service network management with solid European market operation experience. Familiar with the operation logic and development rules of European automotive after-sales service networks.
2. Core Business Capability
Proven practical experience in European market third-party service capability construction and official service channel management for mainstream automotive brands. Capable of independently planning network layout, building service systems and promoting channel standardization management.
3. Regional Market Literacy
Familiar with European local automotive after-sales industry regulations, service access standards and channel operation modes. Able to accurately identify market gaps and continuously optimize regional service network coverage and service quality system.
4. Comprehensive Competencies
Possess independent project planning, resource coordination and problem-solving capabilities. Data-driven with strong market insight and execution. Proficient in English for cross-regional business communication; German language capability is preferred.

- Working experience in European mainstream or premium automotive brand after-sales network system
- Successful experience in independent construction and upgrading of European third-party automotive service networks
- Familiar with multi-country channel management and cross-cultural collaboration in Europe
