Delivery Specialist (m/w/d)

Job Description: Responsible for end-to-end delivery operations of all product categories in self-operated channels, ensuring seamless product flow from supply to sales and maintaining healthy inventory. Key Responsibilities: -Collaborate with Category Operations and Product GTM teams to develop and calibrate rolling M+3 sales and inventory forecasts; -Manage online/offline self-owned inventory levels, formulate intelligent replenishment strategies, and track purchase order execution; -Coordinate domestic factory rework production and international air/sea freight allocation while optimizing cross-border logistics costs and delivery timelines; -Monitor core KPIs (inventory turnover, out-of-stock rates), drive issue resolution and process improvements to ensure category-wide in-stock rates and inventory health. Job Requirements – 2+ years of 3C products delivery or related working experience; – Bachelor degree (or above) in Supply Chain Management or similar majors; – Good data analytical and communication skill; – Good speaking and writing skills in English and Chinese; – Proactive, adaptable, honest, good communication and connection skills, excellent ability of understanding and execution.
