Responsibilities:

1. Concept Design and Engineering of Interior Components: Develop and design all interior parts from concept to production, ensuring they meet performance, weight and safety.
2. Pursue Advanced Design Methodology: Utilize numerical design methods and generative design techniques to optimize part performance and efficiency.
3. Cross-Departmental Coordination: Collaborate with CN hardware departments to ensure seamless and efficient project execution across continents.
4. Collaborate with Material Science: Work closely with material science experts to leverage the latest materials and production methodologies, enhancing the design and functionality of parts.

Qualifications:

1. Design and Engineering Skills: Expert knowledge in CATIA for 3D modeling and design.
2. Generative Design Experience: Hands-on experience with generative design tools and techniques with focus on lightweight design.
3. Manufacturing and Materials Expertise: Experience with various manufacturing processes and materials with focus on lightweight.
4. Professional Experience: At least 5 years of experience in interior design and engineering in the automotive industry.
