Planning Operations Specialist(A175346)

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the country level overall planning development and management for mobile phones/Pads etc;
2. Interface with relevant departments within the country, e.g. Smartphone GTM, Sales, Delivery, etc., to develop and monitor PSI (Production, Sales, Inventory) plans on a weekly basis for early warning and daily coordination;
3. As the country level interface, liaise with regional and headquarter GTM departments, supply chain departments, etc. to formulate annual/quarterly/monthly/weekly demand plans for the corresponding products, and conduct rolling forecasts to ensure reasonable inventory levels;
4. Supply and demand management: liaise with regional/headquarter supply chain, coordinate supply and demand issues, and ensure balanced supply and demand;
5. Demand analysis: responsible for the overall national demand analysis, serve as the planning interface between the country, the region and HQ, and track the delivery rhythm of national smartphone products; provide planning suggestions for the country, and provide supply inputs for the Smartphone GTM/sales and other related parties;
6. Analyze forecast variances to improve forecast accuracy;
7. Monitor inventory structure and turnover, formulate daily replenishment and distribution plans to improve inventory turnover and assist sales to achieve revenue targets;
8. Organize country level Planning and Forecast Committee meeting, to coordinate with each product GTM on monthly new supply allocation and LC product volume adjustments.

Requirements:

1. University degree, with 1 – 3 years of working experience in the consumer goods industry; Experience in the production, supply and marketing of smartphones and other consumer electronic products is preferred;
2. Strong learning ability, data analysis ability and logical thinking ability;
3. Meticulous with strong attention to detail;
4. Strong cross-functional coordination skills;
5. Be willing to work in a fast-paced environment, have a strong interest in technological products, and be able to independently assume the corresponding responsibilities;
6. Fluent in English and Chinese, and German is a plus.
