Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the overall planning development and management at the country level for mobile phones, tablets, etc.
- Interface with relevant departments within the country, such as Smartphone GTM, Sales, and Delivery, to develop and monitor weekly PSI (Production, Sales, Inventory) plans for early warning and daily coordination.
- Coordinate with regional and headquarters GTM departments, supply chain departments, etc., to formulate annual, quarterly, monthly, and weekly demand plans for relevant products, and conduct rolling forecasts to maintain reasonable inventory levels.
- Manage supply and demand by liaising with regional and headquarters supply chains, coordinating issues, and ensuring a balanced supply-demand status.
- Conduct overall national demand analysis, serve as the planning interface between the country, region, and HQ, and track the delivery rhythm of national smartphone products. Provide planning suggestions based on regional/HQ strategies and supply inputs for Smartphone GTM, sales, and other related parties.
- Analyze forecast variances to improve forecast accuracy.
- Monitor inventory structure and turnover, and formulate daily replenishment and distribution plans to improve inventory turnover and support sales revenue targets.
- Organize the country-level Planning and Forecast Committee meetings to coordinate monthly new supply allocations and LC product volume adjustments with each product GTM.
Qualifications:
- University degree with 1-3 years of experience in the consumer goods industry; experience in production, supply, and marketing of smartphones and consumer electronics is preferred.
- Strong learning, data analysis, and logical thinking skills.
- Meticulous with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent cross-functional coordination skills.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong interest in technological products, and able to assume responsibilities independently.
- Fluent in English and Chinese; proficiency in German is a plus.
