- Manage the full lifecycle of all EU development, prototype, and test vehicles Registration, deregistration, insurance, road tax, and compliance with EU and national regulations.
- Management of license plates, vehicle documents, CoC, and homologation status.
- Ensure compliance with UNECE, EU Type Approval, and local road regulations
2. Vehicle Readiness & Availability
- Ensure vehicles are technically and legally ready for test drives, proving grounds, and public road usage.
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, tire changes, and software updates Track vehicle mileage, damage, recalls, and campaign status.
3. Test & Development Support
- Support engineering teams with vehicle planning and availability.
- Coordinate vehicle logistics to proving grounds, test tracks and TÜV.
- Support vehicle preparation.
4. Fleet Systems & Data
- Maintain fleet management systems.
- Track vehicle status, costs and utilization.
- Generate management reports on fleet availability, cost and risks.
5. Process & Governance
- Define and implement fleet processes, driver rules, handover, and liability frameworks.
- Manage accident, damage and insurance claim processes.
- Ensure GDPR, cyber-security, and data privacy compliance for fleet data.
- Degree or vocational background in automotive, logistics, engineering or fleet management.
- 3–5+ years of experience in fleet management, test vehicle operations or OEM/R&D environments.
- Strong knowledge of EU vehicle regulations, registration, and insurance processes.
- Experience with test vehicles, prototypes and homologation fleets is a strong advantage.
- Highly structured, reliable and process-oriented mindset.
- Strong communication skills in English (German is a plus).
- Ability to work in a fast-moving, international R&D environment.
