【Your role】From recruiting your team and preparing for opening to growing the business, you take ownership of commercial performance, customer experience and store operations. You combine a strong commercial mindset with hands‑on leadership, coaching advisors, supporting sales and proactively acting on local market opportunities. Working closely with the Service Manager and European headquarters, you build a high performing team, challenge and improve ways of working, and play a major role in shaping how our customers perceive our brand in Germany.

• 1. Lead & develop the team - recruit, onboard, coach and build a high-performing sales team with clear expectations and strong accountability.
• 2. Own commercial performance - deliver sales objectives, actively manage the funnel and ensure the team maximizes every customer opportunity.
• 3. Deliver exceptional customer experience - create a customer-first culture and ensure consistently high standards across test drive, purchase and delivery.
• 4. Run the store – ensure effective day-to-day operations, staffing, vehicle readiness, store standards and coordination across sales, delivery and service.
• 5. Drive local business development - understand the local market and develop activities that generate traffic, leads and sales.
• 6. Continuously improve - identify barriers to performance, test improvements and provide structured feedback to the Germany and European teams.

• 1. Proven experience leading customer-facing teams is essential. Team Lead experience is welcome, with demonstrated results in developing people and improving sales performance.
• 2. Practical experience in recruitment, coaching, performance management and staff scheduling, with a willingness to support Advisors on the floor.
• 3. Strong knowledge of the local market, including customer needs, competitors and opportunities to develop the business.
• 4. An in-depth understanding of retail sales and operations, together with the ability to understand Xiaomi vehicles, their features and customer benefits, and use this knowledge to coach advisors.
• 5. The ability to interpret sales pipelines, cancellations, delivery performance and customer feedback, and turn findings into actions.
• 6. Good judgement in customer escalations, competing priorities and collaboration with service, regional leadership and European headquarters.
• 7. The ability to explain process and system problems clearly, propose practical improvements and assess their impact.
• 8. Business-fluent German and fluent English are required for communication with customers and international colleagues.
• 9. A valid driving licence (Class B).
• 10. Availability for location opening hours, including evenings and Saturdays, within a 40-hour working week.
