Your Responsibilities

• Development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote partnerships
• Creation and management of co-marketing campaigns with our partners
• Coordination of joint events, webinars, and campaigns
• Coordination of the publication of Xiting content on partner websites
• Building and maintaining relationships with existing and potential partners
• Supporting the creation of marketing materials and presentations
• Analysis of marketing measures and creation of reports for success monitoring
• Collaboration with the sales team to maximize partner potential

Here are the qualifications we’re looking for:

• Completed degree in marketing, communication, business administration, or equivalent qualification
• Professional experience in partner or B2B marketing, ideally within the IT industry
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to maintain relationships and build networks
• Creativity and strategic thinking
• Independent and structured way of working
• Good knowledge of MS Office and marketing tools such as HubSpot
• Fluent in German and English with excellent negotiation skills

Your Onboarding Process

In the first weeks, we will provide you with both technical expertise and methodologies, enabling you to develop into a SAP Security Consultant. Through intensive training sessions, we will impart the necessary foundational knowledge in SAP Security and project management.

You will then accompany our experienced SAP Consultants to national and international clients from various industries, supporting them on-site with their projects. This will allow you to gain practical experience, gradually take on initial tasks, and benefit from the extensive expertise of your colleagues.
