Conduct on-site confirmation, primary analysis, responsibility determination for all incoming quality issues, complete data recording & statistics, objective management and report submission, and drive rectification to full closed-loop completion.
Perform periodic spot checks and rectification verification on critical self-made parts from XPENG for incoming lots, including appearance, dimension and performance judgment, label isolation, reporting of non-conforming products, and completion of inspection records.
Carry out process supervision for unloading and transportation phases, and drive improvements to achieve closed-loop resolution of identified problems.
Core Competencies Familiar with the structure of new energy vehicle components and IQC specifications; proficient in basic measuring tool operation and quality inspection workflows. Possess rigorous and meticulous quality inspection thinking, fundamental data statistical capabilities and risk identification skills. Strong sense of principle and high execution capacity; willing to take long-term overseas assignments and work shift schedules for quality inspection duties.
Preferred Qualifications Able to use English as a daily working language. Candidates with prior IQC experience or complete vehicle disassembly, assembly and rework experience will be given priority.
