About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Sales Operation Supervisor / Logistics to support our fast-growing business in Germany. This role is responsible for coordinating vehicle supply, logistics operations, dealer order management, inventory planning, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure efficient vehicle delivery and an excellent dealer experience.

The ideal candidate has experience in the automotive industry, strong analytical skills, and is comfortable working in a dynamic international environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end vehicle order process from order creation to vehicle delivery.
• Monitor vehicle allocation, production planning, and inventory levels.
• Coordinate dealer orders and ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Support wholesale planning and sales forecasting.
• Maintain and optimize sales operation processes and system workflows.
• Monitor KPIs related to order fulfillment, inventory, and vehicle delivery.
• Prepare regular sales and operational reports for management.

Logistics & Supply Chain

• Coordinate inbound and outbound vehicle logistics with logistics providers, ports, and warehouses.
• Monitor transportation status and proactively resolve logistics issues.
• Manage vehicle inventory across compounds and dealerships.
• Coordinate vehicle releases and delivery scheduling.
• Support damage handling, transportation claims, and logistics quality improvements.
• Collaborate with HQ and European logistics teams on production and shipment planning.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Sales, Finance, Customer Service, Product, and HQ teams.
• Support dealer onboarding and operational process implementation.
• Drive continuous improvement projects for sales and logistics processes.
• Participate in system optimization and digitalization initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Automotive Operations.
• Experience in the automotive industry is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent Excel skills; experience with ERP/CRM systems (SAP, Salesforce, or similar) is an advantage.
• Experience managing dealer operations is a plus.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced international environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Language Requirements

• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• German (business level preferred)
• Chinese is a plus
