Frontend Software Developer – Flutter & Angular

pXprizo is looking for a Frontend Software Developer to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis. /p pWe want to revolutionize the world of financial services for underserved communities. You will build web interfaces and mobile apps that allow frictionless access to a rich array of financial services using the latest technologies. /p pYou are expected to have strong and demonstrable working experience in both Flutter and Angular development. /p pJoin us on our journey to create a fintech platform to serve the underbanked and unbanked demographics! /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liWork collaboratively within a growing team of talented software developers. /li liSupport product delivery by building, testing, and releasing production quality software utilizing best engineering practices. /li liLiaise and cooperate with team members, partner teams and stakeholders as necessary in investigating new technologies, and researching, designing, writing and releasing software, as well as supporting and maintaining said software. /li liIn the case of research tasks, production of appropriate research documentation. /li liIn the case of design tasks, production of appropriate design documentation, including documentation of any product feature or performance limitations or other risks arising out of design decisions, as well as proposing options for addressing or mitigating such risks and limitations. /li liIn the case of implementation tasks: /li ul liImplementation according to generally accepted software development practice – writing simple, clean and secure code, including all the necessary care and precautions to produce code which has minimal defects, complexity, and technical debt, as well as the production of clear and complete documentation. /li liTest own work with a view to minimal work items being returned for defects to be fixed. /li /ul liRefactor, optimize and improve existing code for better maintainability and scalability, and to reduce technical debt in general. /li liEnsure correct and timely defect resolution, liaising and cooperating with other team members as required. /li liProvide operational support for implemented software. /li liTroubleshoot, identify root causes of, and remediate complex technical issues. /li liLiaise, cooperate with and assist other teams in reproducing, investigating and resolving defects and issues reported from the field. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent experience /li liMinimum 3 years of experience in software development /li liGood written and oral communication skills in English /li liAdept at communicating ideas and working in a team /li liAble to work independently and meet deadlines /li liDemonstrated ability to context switch while still delivering on commitments /li liKnowledge of software design patterns; Able to grasp and quickly become productive in an existing design /li li3+ years of experience in mobile development – experience with Flutter is a must /li liKnowledge of software design patterns /li liStrong knowledge of mobile application development best practices /li liDeep knowledge and experience with the Flutter framework, programming in Dart, Flutter Widgets, Dart Packages, and writing Android or iOS specific code in Kotlin, Objective-C or Swift /li liExperience with Android, Android Studio and Gradle, iOS, Xcode IDE and CocoaPods /li liKnowledge of security standards, encryption methods, and related best practices, as well as modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token (JWT) /li liExperience consuming REST APIs to connect mobile applications to backend services /li liExperience with Firebase cloud messaging APIs and push notifications /li liExperience in web development, using HTML, CSS, JavaScript and TypeScript /li liProduction experience with Angular; minimum 18 months experience /li liComfortable working with JS tools and ecosystem, like NodeJS, NPM or Yarn, ESLint /li liStrong fundamental knowledge in Frontend development, understanding how browsers work and performance best practices in modern web apps /li liExperience with real-time communication technologies; SignalR and Firebase /li liDedicated to speed of delivery without compromising quality; Has a passion for quality, and knowledge of what it takes to ship high quality code /li liHas a strong understanding of software quality assurance principles /li liProven capability to maintain product quality through unit testing and integration testing processes, using Jasmine and Karma /li liKeen on best engineering practices /li liProficient in Git (we use BitBucket) /li liExperience building mobile apps used by thousands of customers in different locations /li liA knack for building easy and delightful customer experiences /li liAble to quickly address production incidents and implement preventive measures to avoid recurrence. /li /ul p© 2026 Xprizo.
