We are currently recruiting in Wessling, Oberpfaffenhofen.
Responsibilities:
- Within the aircraft program management organization and interfacing functions, such as Supply Chain, Finance, Quality, Engineering and Industrial taking the responsibility to define and establish:
- PM planning, controlling and reporting governance
- PM templates & tools securing lean planning, execution and controlling
- Digital visual management dashboards for program KPIs monitoring
- Continuous consolidated reporting of program overall performance status
- Preparing and releasing of PM guidelines and reference documentation constituting the D328eco PM framework
- With regards to planning & scheduling:
- Preparation and maintenance of integrated L1, L2 & L3 schedule (for development, supply chain & industrial) in cooperation with program managers and specialist departments
- Performing of CPA (critical path analysis) and identification of clashes and opportunities for schedule improvements
- Preparation and maintenance of delivery schedules & KPI (S-Curves, OTD, RFT…)
- Implement planning tool improvements (e.g. MS project server)
- Delivery Heatwave dataset for procured components based on BoM
Requirements:
- Work in the multi-functional PM Office team of specialists for costs/budget, risks and planning
- Show initiative, resilience, and persuasiveness when implementing the budget planning process towards the (functional and cross-functional) stakeholders of the organisation
- Ability to analyse and report cost performance
- Process-driven but also out-of-the-box thinking to improve the existing processes, methods and tools
- Open-minded and resilient person with high analytical skills
- Conceptual thinking as well as planning, organization and communication skills will be key to successfully fill out the position.
