That’s Your Daily Business
- You will gather and analyse user feedback and business requirements, to assist in product development decisions and ensure that the product meets the needs of the target market.
- You will focus on reporting risks, and creating functional and higher-level technical specifications for software development, testing and implementation projects.
- On a continuous basis, you will evaluate and improve business processes to ensure that they are efficient, while understanding and identifying interdependencies.
- You will take charge of managing vendor and stakeholder relationships, while either supporting or leading contract negotiations, defining SLAs based on business requirements, approving purchase orders and reviewing invoices.
- You will keep track of industry trends and new technologies and make recommendations for their adoption where appropriate.
- You will organise and moderate meetings, workshops and required training sessions.
That’s You
- Completed studies in the field of IT or business administration.
- At least 2 -3 years of professional experience as a business analyst, requirements engineer, project manager or a comparable position.
- Passion for listening, understanding, and questioning.
- Knowledge of project management tools and Agile methodologies, such as Jira and Confluence.
- A solution-oriented and team player attitude, with strong communication skills.
- A high level of German and English.

The minimum salary for this position is € 40,000.00 gross per annum (full-time) at the start of the career, depending on qualifications/training – further overpayment is of course possible depending on professional experience and alignment with the market.
